  • Any refund requests for deposits, overpayments, or billing errors must be handled directly with your energy provider.


3. Situations Where a Refund May Apply (From Us)

The only scenario where you might receive a refund from us is if:

  • You were incorrectly charged a fee by Energy Gas Offers (which should never happen, as we do not charge users).

  • A technical error caused a duplicate or unauthorized transaction through our systems.

6. Cancellations & Switches

  • Contact your energy provider directly to cancel within their allowed window (typically 3–14 days, depending on state laws).
